I'm looking to lead or strengthen risk, compliance, governance, and product-risk programs in regulated fintech, digital banking, payments, lending, or financial-services environments.

I've led risk and compliance work at Kadavra BDC and Crust Microfinance Bank, designing KYC, AML/CFT, onboarding, transaction-monitoring, and enterprise risk frameworks for regulated digital financial services.

At Crust Microfinance Bank, I reduced credit risk exposure by 20%, managed a ₦2B+ loan portfolio while keeping NPLs below 2%, and reduced approval turnaround time by 35% through cross-functional process improvements.

I partner closely with Product, Engineering, Operations, Compliance, executive teams, auditors, and regulators to embed controls, improve risk culture, and support compliant product delivery. My MSc research focuses on governance and ESG integration in Nigerian banking projects.

Partnered with Product and Engineering teams to integrate automated PEP and sanctions screening into the onboarding workflow, improving KYC effectiveness and reducing compliance risk.
