I am a financial services professional with 8+ years of experience across business analysis, project management, risk & compliance, operations, credit and strategy within fintech and microfinance.

I specialise in solving business problems by analysing processes, identifying risks and gaps, and designing practical solutions, controls, products and workflows that improve performance and support sustainable growth.

My experience includes managing risk and compliance across a $2m+ portfolio, overseeing 2,000+ loans, contributing to a 20% revenue increase, improving turnaround time by 35%, and supporting regulatory readiness for a ₦2bn-capital BDC. I have developed and reviewed risk frameworks, compliance policies, AML/KYC controls, product papers and third-party vendor SLAs, and have worked with CBN, NFIU, NDIC and EFCC requirements.

I am a Designated Compliance Professional (DCP) and a member of the Compliance Institute of Nigeria, with a BSc in International Law & Diplomacy and an MSc in Project Management.
