At Gateway Adult Residential Care, I manage facility supply and purchase orders across multiple campuses using Sage ERP. I also expanded my software capabilities through self-directed learning and Sage University training.
I overhauled the corporate voicemail and communication intake system, securing monthly facility schedules to ensure accurate call routing to Care Managers and Nursing staff. I also assist Human Resources with applicant scheduling and support parts of the hiring process.
Earlier at Gateway Adult Residential Care, I progressed from Caregiver to Med Passer and Supervisor. I assisted with Resident Care Coordinator duties, coordinated admission intakes, supported onboarding and staff training, and provided assisted living and memory care.
