I'm targeting Talent Acquisition and HRBP assignments with a high-repute ITES or IT organization, where I can lead recruitment, talent management, performance, engagement, and workforce development initiatives.

I've led talent acquisition and retention at Chryselys, managing end-to-end recruitment, performance appraisal, remuneration policies, employee development, and workforce delivery across multiple lines of business.

At EXL, I hired 300+ employees for US Healthcare, Customer Services, Enterprise Sales, Network, and Shared Services, while supporting F&A, insurance, leadership support, and AI hiring. I've also delivered IT recruitment for Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, and UiPath skills at UST Global.

Across First American Indian, Vertex, Firstsource, and other organizations, I've built volume, lateral, campus, and leadership hiring programs, completed ramp-ups of 1,000 headcount, and supported talent management, succession planning, engagement, and performance management initiatives.
