At OFFICERS IAS ACADEMY, I plan and deliver academic programs, including curriculum design, course schedules, and faculty allocation. I also developed KPI dashboards using data from 1,973 enquiries to monitor admissions, student performance, seminar participation, and revenue.
I counselled students and parents, managed admissions and onboarding, and facilitated 135+ enrollments while engaging with 5,000+ prospective students in three months. Outreach initiatives, three seminars, and digital campaigns contributed to 57 enrollments.
At MADRAS CHRISTIAN COLLEGE, I designed and managed academic programs, developed test series and learning resources, and mentored students in academic planning and interview preparation. This work contributed to 9 UPSC selections.
I also delivered classes in Geography, Polity, Aptitude, and Science & Technology, and managed LMS implementation, online learning platforms, and academic content publishing. Across my roles, I’ve worked on admissions, institutional operations, and performance tracking to support student learning and program delivery.
