Adanje Dickens

At Green Leaf Kenya, I design and deliver community projects in climate advocacy, agroecology, afforestation, and clean water access. I coordinate partners, volunteers, field activities, reporting, and major events including World Wetlands Day.

As Head of Research, Environment at The African Federation, I develop environmental frameworks, policy briefs, assessments, and cross-border initiatives on climate justice, biodiversity, renewable energy, sustainable land use, and ecological restoration.

I also support Fuzu Services Mauritius Ltd’s Kenya branch through accurate data annotation, and manage financial records, reconciliations, invoices, payments, and reporting at Upendo Foundation.

I bring Environmental Science training alongside practical data analysis, R, Python, machine learning, generative AI, digital communication, and storytelling experience. I’m driven by innovation, equity, and community-centered results.
