I’m a DevOps IT Support Engineer with 8+ years of experience across IT support, cloud infrastructure, and project delivery in fast-paced environments. Currently, I support a cloud-based SaaS platform at Radio.Cloud, serving customers across EU and US. I manage and maintain infrastructure across AWS, Microsoft Azure, and Hetzner Cloud to ensure system reliability, performance, and uptime.
My day-to-day work focuses on monitoring production systems, troubleshooting incidents, and administering PostgreSQL databases for performance, reliability, and issue resolution. I also support Linux (Ubuntu, CentOS) and Windows Server environments, plus cross-platform end-user environments including Windows 10/11, macOS, and iOS. I’m especially strong at troubleshooting and at bridging the gap between software development teams and operations—where uptime, responsiveness, and customer impact are critical.
Earlier in my career, I delivered L1–L3 IT support and IT project coordination, starting with L2 technical support for internal teams at Pemerintah Provinsi DKI Jakarta. I handled day-to-day support across hardware, software, and network infrastructure, while also administering and troubleshooting Linux-based systems and virtualization platforms like VMware and Proxmox. Before that, I served as a PMO/Project Coordinator at PT Berca Hardayaperkasa, managing project execution from planning to implementation and supporting IT infrastructure deployment and troubleshooting—on projects exceeding $1M in value.
