What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead community-focused sustainability or wellbeing projects where I can build partnerships, secure funding, deliver practical programmes and empower people through inclusive, meaningful engagement.

I delivered end-to-end community projects at The Conservation Volunteers, running sustainability, biodiversity and agro-ecology workshops while managing budgets, procurement and programming across nine projects each week.

I've secured funding, led wellbeing programmes and supported disadvantaged young people through Ravine NI, alongside person-centred support and staff development experience at Autism Initiatives. I also co-founded Heart of Community Events and founded Inner Nature Men’s Group to build inclusive community connection.
