I’m a Civil Aviation Flight Dispatcher student currently working as a Dispatcher (In Progress), building practical readiness for fast-paced operational environments. I’m proactive about supporting daily workflows while keeping customer needs at the center.

During my intern experience at AD BAKERY, I assisted 20+ customers daily, providing product recommendations and improving customer satisfaction. I contributed to achieving monthly sales targets through effective communication and upselling techniques, while also building positive customer relationships that led to repeat purchases.

I also managed billing and basic inventory tracking efficiently, helping keep day-to-day activities organized and reliable. Alongside customer-facing work, I support team needs using computer skills such as text processor, spreadsheets, and slide presentation tools.

I bring Native Hindi and Advanced English, and I’m motivated to grow with roles that value clear communication, operational accuracy, and customer impact.
