I’m a detail-oriented, compassionate Certified Phlebotomy Technician with hands-on training in venipuncture, capillary blood collection, specimen handling, laboratory procedures, infection control, and patient care. I focus on delivering accurate, safe, and efficient healthcare services while following HIPAA and laboratory safety expectations.

In my experience, I followed SOPs and laboratory safety standards while handling samples and documentation as a Lab Apprentice, using Microsoft Word and Excel for tracking. I’ve also supported data work as a GIS Analyst Intern, performing data analysis and database management, and building websites with Dreamweaver and WordPress using ArcGIS and ArcGIS Pro. Alongside this, I built strong service habits in food service/cashiering through reliable, accurate customer-focused work.
