What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead enterprise transformation, digital process redesign, and governance initiatives where I can improve customer journeys, automate operational workflows, align cross-functional stakeholders, and deliver measurable outcomes at scale.

I've led enterprise transformation at South Indian Bank across 998 branches and central business hubs, redesigning workflows for assets, liabilities, branch banking, customer experience, and gold loans.

In my current Process Refinement role, I own transformation governance for MD/COO-level reviews and coordinate IT, Operations, Legal, Compliance, Risk, and business teams. I designed a digital CPV scoring framework that reduced auto-loan verification turnaround from T+2 days to under two minutes, and directed automated loan-document workflows that save approximately 1.5 hours per file.

Previously, I managed bancassurance partnerships with SBI Life, Kotak Life, and LIC of India across 900+ branches, serving as the primary IRDAI audit contact for six consecutive years with zero major observations. I also delivered 25% year-on-year NPS/APY subscriber growth and achieved 115% of CASA targets while leading branch operations.

I'm a KPMG Lean Six Sigma Green Belt who combines BFSI operations knowledge, analytics, governance, and practical change delivery to make complex banking journeys faster, more controlled, and easier to adopt.
