I'm looking to lead complex construction, infrastructure, or data centre delivery where I can strengthen project controls, recover challenging programmes, manage stakeholders, and deliver safely, on time, and within budget.

I'm leading CSA construction delivery and planning for BPX's PDG DC4 data centre in Sedenak, where I secured critical FIDIC Extension of Time entitlement and reduced project delay by 30% through recovery planning and risk mitigation.

Across 18 years in Malaysia, I've recovered the RM184 million Lawas Administration Office Complex, led planning for the RM2.1 billion Desaru Coast Development, and delivered housing, infrastructure, commercial, hospitality, mixed-development, and government projects. I bring hands-on leadership in project controls, contractor coordination, authority approvals, contract administration, EOT claims, and Primavera P6-driven programme management.
