In my current role at PM Alpha, I built a full document automation platform (Python + Excel data hub) that generates TOI packs for multiple funds from a single source of truth—replacing a manual process with 100% accuracy. I engineered an end-to-end TAP document generation system across 7 products and 62 templates, reducing a multi-hour workflow to a single trigger with simultaneous generation in under 10 seconds.

I also architected and owned JotForm digital workflows with conditional logic trees, multi-level approvals, audit trails, and e-signature flows—cutting form-related errors by 40%+ and maintaining live monthly updates without downtime. Previously, as a Freelance Project Manager / Digital Transformation Consultant and a Project Manager for a SaaS-focused transformation, I delivered digital roadmaps, improved operational efficiency, and supported adoption by coordinating teams through phased product delivery.
