Transitioning to Dropper Delivery as an Operations Associate, I took on the role of Training Coordinator, where I organized learning sessions and assisted in various administrative tasks. My passion for quality assurance led me to intern as a Software Tester at TEGS, where I ensured product quality by identifying defects and collaborating with senior leads to create test cases. Currently, as a Junior Software Tester at PASSPOINTGO, I continue to refine my skills in bug tracking and software quality improvement.
