I've spent over six years in IT at Accenture, including three years focused on technical writing for enterprise banking applications.

I produce technical, project, user, operations, validation, configuration, deployment, and test documentation. My work includes user manuals, SOPs, installation guides, support runbooks, and knowledge base documents.

I support production environments by documenting NDM and SFTP incident resolution, configuration updates, JIL changes, deployment validation, and implementation activities. I also maintain documentation across the SDLC to support version control, accuracy, and stakeholder alignment.

I collaborate with developers, QA, validation, workload automation, and operations teams to turn complex technical processes into clear documentation. My background in manual testing, integration development, and production support helps me create practical documentation for users and support teams.
