What I'm looking for

I'm looking to build scalable SEO, AI search, website, social media, and marketing automation systems that help brands increase visibility and reach clients where they search.

I've spent 8+ years building digital marketing and operations systems for real estate teams, helping brands improve visibility across Google, ChatGPT, Perplexity, and AI Overviews.

At KKRG / REALIV, I conducted keyword research, on-page optimization, and technical SEO audits while implementing GEO/AEO strategies. I also built and maintained websites and landing pages in Wix, WordPress, and Squarespace.

I manage social content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and TikTok, and optimize YouTube discoverability through VidIQ. My work also includes email campaigns, graphic design, video production, analytics reporting, and workflow automation using Zapier, Claude, and ChatGPT.

Previously, with the Nicholas Ryan Team, I created marketing assets, maintained WordPress lead-generation sites, produced video content, managed daily social media activity, and supported Facebook and Google Ads campaigns.
