Most recently, I rebuilt our front-end using Next App Router and React 18 to take full advantage of RSCs, streaming with Suspense, and storing state in URLs. This means faster load times, improved user experience, and better accessibility.

In addition to product engineering, I think a lot about SEO, growth loops, and the features we need to ship next.

I reported to the CPO and introduced concept of user retention and growth loops to the product team, shaped roadmap for four quarters, and shipped over 30 features including UpGuard's questionnaire builder, Zapier integration, role-based access control, vendor shared profiles, vendor tiering, and vendor comparison tool.

I reported to the CMO and 2x'd site-wide organic traffic and 8.5x'd blog organic traffic.

I joined Spaceship as the first employee and reported to the CEO. I helped scale the business from 3 people, $0 AUM and no customers to over 40 people, $200m+ in AUM, and more than 45,000 customers.
