What I'm looking for

I’m looking to lead QA/Test Management for enterprise digital and ML-driven platforms—owning release sign-off, automation roadmaps, and AI-assisted test engineering while mentoring teams and partnering with cross-functional stakeholders.

I’m a Tech Lead in QA (Test Manager capacity) with 14+ years across Insurance, Banking, Telecom, and Retail. I build QA strategies, lead QA governance, and define automation scope to improve test efficiency while aligning quality outcomes to business goals.

At Chubb India, I lead QA and release management for ingestion and digital platforms and Intelligent Process Automation (IPA) initiatives for North America P&C Insurance. I manage QA delivery across ML-driven and ingestion-based programs, own QA Release Sign-off Authority, validate ML model outputs and prediction logic, and mitigate risks before go-live.

I’ve also strengthened large-scale automation and validation using Playwright with TypeScript, enhanced BDD-based regression, and accelerated testing with Claude Code and Generative AI. I’ve mentored QA teams within cross-functional delivery models, delivered dashboards and governance reporting, supported CI/CD execution, and earned a Platinum Excellence Award for end-to-end delivery with aggressive timelines.
