At Anko GCC (Kmart Australia), I build AI-powered demand planning, forecasting, and optimization products for global retail operations. I collaborated with Microsoft’s Data Science and Engineering team on Kmart’s Demand Planning Intelligence Foundation, helping automate forecast-exception review and root-cause diagnosis.

I architected an end-to-end next-year demand forecasting model that reduced WAPE from 60% to under 30%. I also re-engineered its AWS Lambda pipeline from one hour to under five minutes and built a Streamlit monitoring dashboard for anomalies and errors.

I’ve developed a Google OR-Tools optimization engine for Australian port product arrivals, helping minimize lost sales and optimize inventory across departments. I also create agentic AI and RAG solutions using GCP, LangChain, and Ollama; my team assistant proof of concept won second prize in a company-wide hackathon.

Previously, I delivered forecasting and markdown optimization work for Kmart through Affine Analytics and built a RASA-based virtual study help assistant at Focusedumatics. I bring over five years of experience across machine learning, supply chain optimization, generative AI, cloud platforms, and production ML pipelines.
