I led the zero-to-one Otter initiative to connect risk services with the digital wallet for stronger fraud prevention. I also built a React, Node.js, and TypeScript admin tool used by 150+ people, reducing manual case resolution time by 40%.
I use Claude and MCP workflows to remove engineering toil, cutting GitHub Enterprise migration time from five hours to 20 minutes and reducing annual toil by $150K+. As primary Payments on-call, I resolved 70+ P1/P2 incidents and helped reduce MTTR by 35% through automated runbooks.
