I have around 6+ years of experience in the IT industry, primarily in the roles of Business Analyst and Product Owner / Manager.

I Commenced my professional journey at Antal Infotech as a Business Analyst, I swiftly advanced to the role of Product Owner where I led the development of an e-commerce platform for a USA-based fashion retailer. My role involved understanding the client’s business needs, and working closely with the development team to ensure those requirements were met.

Post Antal, I worked for a short while in Amazon as a Senior Associate in their marketplace division post which I pursued a full-time MBA from Osmania University to further enhance my management skills and business acumen.

Post MBA, I joined Launch Consulting working with Microsoft as a Product Owner. Here, I led the streamlined delivery of an AI-powered NLP product and executed a cloud migration strategies for an Azure clients, among other responsibilities. My work at Launch Consulting involved a lot of data-driven decision making and stakeholder management.

Currently, I am working as a Product Owner at Tericsoft Technology, where I spearheaded the development and successful launch of Avika.ai, a mental health application. I have also led a Data Lake Solution Project with AWS Redshift and Debezium, boosting data availability and enhancing product analytics.

Throughout my career, I have demonstrated expertise in working with large datasets, collaborating across departments and working within cross-functional teams.

As a Product Owner/Manager, my role encompasses various responsibilities. I see myself primarily as a facilitator, coach, and coordinator, guiding the team through the product development process while ensuring alignment with the overall vision and strategy. I also take on the role of a visionary, tactician, and driver, shaping the product roadmap, breaking down the vision into actionable tasks, and motivating the team to deliver high-quality products that meet customer expectations and business objectives.
