I’m an Information Security Specialist with 9+ years of experience in cybersecurity, authentication services, secrets management, cloud security, and 24/7 production support. I deploy and manage critical security infrastructure while focusing on risk assessment, vulnerability management, and incident response.

At NTT Data (Client: Citi), I deploy and maintain security infrastructure for client applications, run risk assessments and security audits, and handle BAU support. I monitor system logs, security events, and compliance metrics using Splunk and Arcsight, and I support authentication services for internal and external customers.

Previously at Primus Global Technologies (Client: Microfocus), I managed AWS security configurations, implemented autoscaling on EC2 & ECS, and ensured high availability and security. I also built secure CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins and automated deployment workflows using Docker and Kubernetes, while monitoring security alerts via AWS CloudWatch.

I began in hands-on support roles at Rapidtech IT Service and NIIT Technologies, where I handled security incident troubleshooting with Unix commands and shell scripting, managed incidents and vulnerabilities via BMC Remedy, and supported Windows Server security with user access controls and authentication services. I’m adaptable, reliable, and I value clear communication, quick learning, and consistent operational stability.
