What I'm looking for

I'm looking for an entry-level cybersecurity or SOC role where I can investigate alerts, analyze logs and network traffic, support incident response, and grow my hands-on skills in enterprise security operations.

I've supported IT and security operations at Trios College in Toronto, managing 20+ weekly incidents in Jira while troubleshooting Windows, network, and user-account issues.

I monitored Microsoft Defender alerts, investigated suspicious events and phishing reports, documented findings, and escalated potential incidents under organizational procedures. I also administered Active Directory accounts and group memberships in line with access-control policies.

Through SOC lab projects, I've analyzed 500+ Windows security events with Splunk and Sysmon, investigated authentication and process activity, and used Wireshark to identify suspicious network patterns and indicators of compromise.
