In my current role at Aunix.ai, I author PRDs with clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and edge cases, then break features into engineering-ready tasks. I also run mixed-method customer discovery, and I’ve driven improvements like a redesign to reduce onboarding complexity after identifying friction for target users.

I’m rigorous about product quality and adoption: I perform UAT by designing and executing 25+ structured test scenarios, and I use product analytics to prioritize what matters. I built a three-level KPI framework tied to AI workflow adoption goals, implemented automated LangSmith evaluation runs to surface regressions, and used the results to support roadmap decisions—while staying ownership-driven, data-informed, and comfortable partnering across product, engineering, and early customers.
