What I'm looking for

I want to grow as a Training Officer by delivering impactful technical and soft-skills training, mentoring trainees, and strengthening program administration and safety-focused learning—while continuously improving my skills and professional impact.

I am a Training Officer with about 2.9 years of training experience at TATA MOTORS PV PUNE, and 1 year in TOT. I conduct technical (theory and practical) training sessions, drive engagement and participation, and also deliver soft skills, behavioural training, and mentoring for TML staffs and trainees.

I handle training administration—scheduling, attendance records, tracking absentees, and coordinating with other departments—while supporting trainees in their career development plans and campus placement drives. I create training and study materials (presentations, Webinars, Seminars), assess effectiveness through feedback and Q&A, and support exams activities; I also visit the shop floor daily to check safety inspections and PPE.
