I automate bulk provisioning, membership changes, remediation, and configuration export with PowerShell and Microsoft Graph. This reduced bulk provisioning from a full working day to under 15 minutes and eliminated 300+ manual touchpoints per request cycle.

Previously at Wipro Technologies, I supported a 65,000+ user multi-domain hybrid environment, automating 2,500+ monthly joiner/mover/leaver events and reducing termination-to-revocation time from 24 hours to under 15 minutes. I also engineered ADFS federation and SSO across 60+ relying-party trusts, sustaining 99.9% federated access availability.
