What I'm looking for

I'm seeking a role where I can solve problems, interact with clients, and apply technical knowledge to drive business. I want to help grow the pipeline and build strong customer relationships in a fast-paced environment.

At SP Software, I analyzed client data and presented insights to help develop retention strategies. I also used AI to automate recurring data processing and cleaning tasks.

At UW Madison, I was an Administrative Assistant and served as a first point of contact for students, staff, and faculty, routing complex inquiries to professional staff.

At Wisconsin Union, I managed daily operations at a campus facility and coordinated event logistics. I used 7Point event management software for scheduling and financial tracking.
