At Kaizen Principles, I’m the senior engineer and project owner for a microservices platform serving more than 20,000 customers. I built a LangGraph AI assistant with RAG and secure access to live records, improving its accuracy from 58% to 91% through real-question evaluations and user feedback.

I also reduced repeat dashboard report loads from about five minutes to under a second by tuning queries and adding targeted Redis caching. Before Kaizen Principles, I led backend development for Cyllo at Cybrosys Technologies and contributed API and integration work as part of a freelance team.
