At Qualcomm, I lead a six-engineer Core Platform tools team building Python and AI/ML-driven developer tooling. I own hiring, performance management, career development, roadmaps, OKRs, KPIs, and Agile delivery.

I architected Change Focus Verification, an LLM and RAG-based platform that improved regression defect-detection accuracy from 45% to 80%, reduced regression-failure MTTD, and shortened developer feedback loops.

I also led Predictive Defect Reproduction using SBERT, BM25, and statistical ranking to reproduce 40% of stability issues with zero manual effort. The tool replaced roughly half a day of manual log triage per issue and was adopted by a second team.

Across Qualcomm and VMware, I’ve built Android/Linux validation and diagnostic tools, resolved critical defects, and grown engineering teams. I’m an inventor or co-inventor on two U.S. patents, including one granted patent.
