At DarioHealth, I build backend services for health and AI-enabled products, including a centralized Express.js proxy that securely separates AI processing from sensitive user and health data.

I improved Lambda releases after a Node.js 22 migration by redesigning the build pipeline with esbuild tree-shaking, dependency layering, and asset externalization, reducing build size by 70%.
Previously, I migrated more than 200,000 Braze users in under 20 minutes, improved API response times by 20% using LRU caching and Redis, and increased frontend test coverage from 0% to 30%.
