What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a client-focused financial services role where I can support banking customers, build trusted relationships, apply my IFIC knowledge, and grow in advisory, investment, and relationship-management responsibilities.

At Scotiabank, I support clients with everyday banking transactions, account servicing, digital banking, and personalized solutions aligned with their financial needs.

I conduct client needs conversations, identify financial goals, and connect clients with Financial Advisors and specialized banking partners when appropriate. I also handle deposits, withdrawals, transfers, bill payments, bank drafts, account maintenance, and account opening while maintaining accurate records and cash balances.

I'm IFIC-certified and bring working knowledge of mutual funds, suitability, risk tolerance, KYC, privacy, documentation verification, and regulatory compliance. I combine client-focused service with careful operational controls and timely problem solving.
