What I'm looking for

I’m looking for an entry opportunity where I can grow in Human Resources and event/hospitality coordination—using my leadership, people-management, and communication skills to support teams, learn fast, and contribute to innovation.

I’m a highly motivated B. Com (Hons. /Research) student with strong communication, leadership, and people-management skills. I’m passionate about Human Resources, event management, technology, and innovation, and I enjoy collaborating with teams to deliver great outcomes.

In 2025, I served as Hospitality Head – National Level Music Competition. I managed hospitality operations, coordinated participant and guest handling, and worked closely with organizing teams to ensure smooth execution through leadership, communication, and multitasking.

Alongside event leadership, I’ve built people-handling and conflict-management abilities through practical team coordination—planning schedules, delegating responsibilities, and maintaining coordination among team members. I’m a quick learner with a positive attitude and a keen interest in AI, creativity, and workplace collaboration.
