I’m a Solutions Architect and Technical Lead with 12 years of experience designing scalable, integration-heavy SaaS and CRM systems across HubSpot, iPaaS, and automation ecosystems. I focus on solution architecture that turns client needs into reliable API, event-driven, and workflow automation outcomes.

I’ve led 5 cross-functional engineering teams and delivered enterprise-grade solutions for 50+ clients, spanning APIs, event-driven architectures, workflow automation, and data synchronization. My strength is technical consulting and client-facing delivery—especially across legal tech, e-commerce, marketing automation, and scalable SaaS platforms.

In my current role as technical authority at MakeWebBetter (Cedcoss Technologies), I lead a 10-member engineering team from discovery through production rollout across HubSpot, iPaaS, and AI-driven automation systems. I’ve designed HubSpot CRM integrations with bi-directional data sync, custom object modeling, and workflow automation, contributing to a 15% increase in product revenue (FY2025–26 vs FY2024–25) alongside reduced support tickets and server outages.

Previously, as Team Leader, I built and led multiple cross-functional teams delivering end-to-end SaaS products and integrations—plus test automation infrastructure across product lines. Earlier as a Software Developer, I built multi-tenant SaaS applications and WordPress integrations (Symfony, CodeIgniter, React.js, JavaScript), strengthening my ability to bridge architecture and engineering execution.
