What I'm looking for

I’m seeking a senior architecture or engineering leadership role where I can architect and build scalable Drupal applications, set up CI/CD pipelines and DevOps solutions, tune web performance and CDN/edge caching, lead and mentor teams, and apply AI-assisted engineering to ship faster.

At Pantheon, I architect platform migrations for Drupal projects, including enterprise multisites and Drupal 11 migrations from Acquia and AWS. I also help customers improve application performance after migration.

I work hands-on with Redis object caching, Apache Solr, and CDN and edge caching, and provide WebOps and DevOps solutions. I’ve also helped customers launch Next.js front ends with Drupal backends on Pantheon.

At Mindtree Ltd., I led the Drupal Center of Excellence, supporting the Drupal practice with architectural planning, CI/CD pipelines, and standards. At ICF International, I led a team of 5+ and delivered features through monthly Agile sprints.

I use Claude as an everyday engineering partner for Drupal development, code review, migrations, performance audits, and documentation.
