What I'm looking for

I am seeking senior roles in vaccine safety, immunization programs, or digital health where I can lead surveillance, regulatory coordination, capacity building, and data-driven system strengthening.

I am a medical doctor and public health specialist with over eight years of experience strengthening immunization systems, vaccine safety surveillance, and cold chain oversight in Ethiopia. I have led field-based implementation, implementation research, and donor-funded project support in fragile and resource-constrained settings.

I have supported national regulatory and surveillance bodies including the Ministry of Health, regional health bureaus, EFDA, WHO, and CDC, and have investigated 50+ serious vaccine and medicine adverse events producing regulatory-grade reports used for national decision-making.

As a co-founder and digital health lead, I guide technology adoption, digital health integration, and quality improvement initiatives while overseeing MEAL-focused projects and capacity building across health facilities. I also co-lead active surveillance projects and contribute to ongoing research on vaccine safety and other public health topics.

I combine clinical leadership experience as a former medical director with advanced public health training (MPH) and data/AI upskilling, bringing technical, operational, and collaborative strengths to roles that require regulatory coordination, training, and evidence-driven program scale-up.
