What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead hands-on manual QA for customer-facing web or mobile products, with clear ownership of release readiness, cross-functional Scrum collaboration, and opportunities to improve test coverage and quality.

At DSW / Designer Brands, I own manual testing for DSW.com releases across desktop, mobile web, and native iOS/Android, covering checkout, loyalty, and site functionality. I build requirement-traceable test cases, validate APIs and backend/frontend integrations with Postman, manage defects, and communicate release risk in UAT sign-off meetings.

Previously at Darden and Sprint, I tested integrated web, mobile, POS, Ziosk, desktop, and enterprise applications through acceptance, regression, and functional cycles. I focus on practical, risk-based coverage, clear documentation, and working directly with developers, product owners, and project teams to resolve issues before release.
