I’m a detail-oriented professional offering nearly 10 years of experience supporting business operations as a Virtual Assistant, Data Entry Specialist, Accounting Assistant, and Travel Ticketing professional. I’m known for accuracy, reliability, and thorough administrative follow-through.

In my current role at Sky Travel (2016–Present), I manage flight bookings using Amadeus and support day-to-day operations through ticketing and administrative work. I maintain accurate financial records and handle data entry alongside other operational tasks.

I also provide customer support, payments handling, and online communications, helping ensure smooth customer experiences. Along with this, I support marketing-related needs when required, always staying organized and responsive.

I’m currently a Senior Student at Lebanese American University in a Diploma in Ticketing, and I’m pursuing work where I can contribute immediately. I’m seeking a part-time remote evening position where my customer service, accounting support, and data accuracy can make an impact.
