I seek a leadership role in compliance or HR at a reputable apparel manufacturer where I can lead safety, certification audits, buyer compliance and team development while driving risk reduction and operational excellence.

I am a compliance and HR leader with 18 years' experience managing compliance departments across large garment factories. For the last eight years I have independently led compliance for three Snowtex factories, overseeing safety, audits and buyer requirements.

I manage certification audits including WRAP, BSCI, SEDEX/SMETA, SLCP, HIGG, GOTS, OCS, RDS, GRS, RCS, GSV and SCAN, and I have handled major buyers such as Decathlon, Levi's, Columbia and Inditex. Under my leadership, our supply chain achieved Number-1 ranking in South Asia for Columbia Sportswear three consecutive times and secured the first woven B rating in Decathlon's Bangladesh suppliers.

I focus on risk management, grievance resolution, compensation systems, supplier onboarding and ISO 9001:2015 quality practices. I work to improve workplace safety, compliance culture and operational readiness while collaborating with buyers and government bodies to ensure sustainable operations.
