I am an experienced Quality Management System (QMS) and Product Safety Assistant Manager with ten years in the textile industry, focused on ISO standards, supplier compliance, and sustainable certifications.

I have led QMS implementation, internal and external audits, and managed buyer compliance for Grade One suppliers, achieving high audit success rates and recognized supplier rankings for H&M, Bestseller and Tesco.

I specialize in root cause analysis (RCA), corrective action planning (CAPA), DHU reduction, SOP creation, and data-driven KPI monitoring, and I regularly train and lead cross-functional teams to sustain quality improvements.
