What I'm looking for

I seek M&E/data roles where I can lead monitoring systems, improve data quality, support evidence-based decisions, and mentor field teams in a collaborative, impact-driven organization.

I am a Monitoring & Evaluation and Data Management professional with experience across project monitoring, data analysis, procurement and finance functions in Afghanistan and Pakistan. I specialize in collecting, validating and visualizing quantitative and qualitative data to support project decision-making and donor reporting.

At Mgtwell TPM Consulting Services I developed M&E frameworks, monitoring tools and regular reporting processes, tracked project indicators, and delivered timely qualitative and quantitative reports that improved field-to-office feedback and data quality. I have also managed regional coordination, supervised field teams, and facilitated trainings and workshops to strengthen program implementation.

Earlier roles in finance, procurement and warehouse operations strengthened my budgeting, vendor management, inventory control and QuickBooks/Peachtree skills. I bring strong communication, multilingual ability (English, Urdu, Pashto, Dari), attention to detail and a proven record of working under pressure to achieve project objectives.
