I’m a results-driven Network Engineer focused on seamless connectivity and clear communication of complex networking concepts. I deliver hands-on LAN & WAN support across switches, routers, and access points, with a strong emphasis on timely, accurate issue resolution.

In my current role at Naqi (Riyadh), I support daily LAN/WAN operations, resolve Level 1 issues like connectivity faults, IP conflicts, and network loops, and assist with LAN/WAN configuration and troubleshooting through routine infrastructure checks. I also maintained network documentation and supported user onboarding.

Previously with Global Agility Solutions (Baguio City), I resolved escalated networking support tickets efficiently and analyzed packet captures in Wireshark to diagnose switch and router connectivity problems. I reduced resolution time by 25% through systematic troubleshooting and effective handling of escalated cases.

I’ve supported enterprise routing and switching, including basic routing and branch connectivity with BGP, and participated in deployment and support of 40G core and distribution switches. I also implemented an IT ticketing system using Google Workspace and create detailed infrastructure documentation using Microsoft Visio.
