What I'm looking for

I'm looking to build production mobile products where I can own Flutter features, solve performance and architecture challenges, work with backend integrations, and grow through collaborative delivery.

At LRM Technologies, I build Flutter HRMIS, E-Filing, and Plan My Crew applications, leading work on offline-first functionality, RAG chatbots, custom server synchronization, Flutter upgrades, and Google Play deployments.

I've delivered cross-platform fintech, healthtech, government, and SaaS applications using Flutter and Dart. My work includes a Balochistan government app with 30+ screens and APIs, role-based access control, document management, PDF features, and real-time dashboards.

I also build backend services with Node.js and Python, including RESTful APIs, MongoDB, MySQL, WebSockets, JWT authentication, web scraping, and real-time chat.
