What I'm looking for

I’m looking for roles where I can train and evaluate AI models end-to-end—improving dataset quality, prompt behavior, and safety/compliance—while collaborating across teams to turn research and testing into reliable, production-ready AI outputs.

I’m a highly knowledgeable Information Technology professional, researcher, educator, and AI Trainer focused on computer networks, cybersecurity, and artificial intelligence technologies. My work centers on AI model evaluation, reinforcement learning from human feedback (RLHF), and high-integrity data annotation and quality assurance.

As a Lecturer in Information Technology, I teach undergraduate courses, develop teaching materials, evaluate and mentor students, and conduct academic research and scholarly activities. Since 2024, I’ve trained and evaluated AI systems by reviewing outputs for accuracy, relevance, safety, and compliance—building evaluation criteria, creating and validating training datasets, and identifying weaknesses, biases, and inconsistencies.

Earlier, I supported enterprise networks and security at Delta Air Lines and built applications as a Software Engineer and Software Developer, including Agile collaboration, third-party API integration, testing, debugging, and version-controlled development with Git. I bring a careful, results-driven approach that blends technical rigor, documentation, and ethical AI governance.
