I'm seeking a Medical Scribe role where I can support physician documentation efficiency and patient-care quality through accurate, timely EMR charting.

I've documented patient encounters at Shifa International Hospital, a JCI-accredited quaternary care hospital, across General Surgery, Pain Medicine, General Medicine, Obstetrics and Gynaecology, and Paediatrics.

In General Surgery, I document admission notes, ward-round entries, procedure notes, and discharge summaries. I was among the first Medical Officers on-site during EMR go-live, running patient-simulation scenarios, logging workflow discrepancies, and verifying fixes after system updates.

I've also abstracted surgical KPI data from EMR records for hospital-wide clinical audit reporting and documented pain assessments, nerve blocks, spinal injections, and multidisciplinary care plans.
