What I'm looking for

I'm open to remote opportunities.

At SENIOR INTERNET LIMITED, I supported users of RiverCMS, RiverCRM, RiverCPD and Member-Based Systems, investigating customer issues and escalating technical problems with reproducible reports. I also followed up on open requests and kept customers updated.

I performed manual functional and regression testing of websites and software applications, documented defects, and worked with developers to reproduce issues and verify fixes. In security projects, I built and tested a Python-based vulnerability scanner and created GitHub Actions workflows for automated security scanning.
