At Klaviyo, I architected the Agent Platform, a unified infrastructure layer for building and deploying production AI agents. I implemented durable execution, tool authorization, persistent memory, retrieval-augmented generation, and evaluation and tracing.
I also built Klaviyo’s Brand Library ecosystem, powering reusable brand themes for 220,000+ customers, and an AI service that generates on-brand email designs and content. The service contributed to a 0.8% increase in 7-day customer activation.
Earlier at Klaviyo, I built a no-code experimentation framework that reduced setup time by 95%, and designed the sitemap and breadcrumb systems for klaviyo.com. My projects include SkinKare, a skin image classification website, and Fastbreak API, which retrieves historical NBA player statistics.
