I’m a Relationship Manager focused on Shariah advisory within the Investment Banking Department, helping institutional clients strengthen product governance through rigorous review of constitutive documents, agreements, and product structures. I support investment and financing product design to align with compliance and risk mitigation expectations.

I also develop and review Sukuk structures, ensuring compliance with AAOIFI Shariah Standards and relevant regulatory guidelines. My work includes supporting financing products such as Mudarabah, Musharakah, and Wakala-based instruments, bridging Shariah requirements with practical product execution.

Beyond advisory, I’ve built product capability in the Takaful space—leading end-to-end digital operations for a parametric-based agriculture insurance product, overseeing underwriting and claims processing, and generating PKR 20 million in revenue over two years. I’ve driven fully digital onboarding through the company’s application and launched new Takaful offerings (including Pet Takaful), while forming seven strategic partnerships to expand market share.
