I’m looking to apply my security, forensics, and IT administration expertise to protect stakeholders, ensure accurate verification through fingerprint systems, and deliver dependable digital services—while maintaining professionalism, leadership, and customer-focused service in high-pressure environments.

I leverage expertise in security, forensics, and IT administration to deliver operational excellence and impartial service delivery. I have extensive experience across customer care, system administration, and law enforcement—grounded in managing fingerprint technologies, crime scene fingerprint analysis, criminal identification, and disaster victim identification.

I have spearheaded large-scale digitization, including migration of manual police records into the Automated Palm and Fingerprints Identification System (APFIS) and supporting Police Clearance Certificate issuance integration with the government’s digital eCitizen platform. I’ve also collaborated with national and international agencies such as Interpol and UNHCR to enhance verification processes, while leading teams responsible for verifying, classifying, and processing criminal fingerprints and advising on APFIS system upgrades and maintenance.
