At Kenya Revenue Authority’s Isebania One Stop Border Post, I managed security operations and coordinated cross-agency work with the National Police, Customs, and Immigration. I conducted physical and digital risk assessments and reduced phishing susceptibility by 40% through a staff awareness program.
I also formalized security and fire prevention procedures, supervised 130+ personnel, and led investigations while preserving evidentiary integrity. My work combines border security and criminology with cybersecurity controls, including Microsoft Sentinel, Microsoft Defender XDR, and NIST and ISO/IEC 27001 frameworks.
