I’m looking to grow in an operations-focused role where I can own fulfillment and logistics end-to-end, leverage ERP and data analytics to improve efficiency, and continuously optimize workflows in a fast-paced environment.

Operations Specialist with 5+ years of experience in FMCG and logistics operations, supporting end-to-end workflows including order processing, inventory coordination, and last-mile delivery operations.

Currently working at Fawry FMCG, where I support daily operations through data handling, supplier coordination, and ensuring accuracy across systems and workflows.

I have hands-on experience working with ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics 365) and warehouse management systems (WMS), along with strong proficiency in Excel for reporting, tracking, and data organization.
