I've led teams building production-ready AI products, including TourMate AI, a six-stage multi-agent travel-planning platform powered by LangGraph, Gemini, Groq, FastAPI, PostgreSQL, Redis, Amadeus, Stripe, and Flutter.

At the Digital Egypt Pioneers Initiative, I led a five-person Agile team developing a healthcare RAG assistant, owning sprint planning, task allocation, code reviews, technical decisions, backend APIs, and deployment. Our system combined BioBERT classification, FAISS and BM25 hybrid retrieval, and cross-encoder reranking across the 211K-record PubMedQA dataset, reaching 90.7% macro-F1 and 92% faithfulness.

I've also built regression, classification, and clustering pipelines with Python and scikit-learn, covering EDA, feature engineering, and cross-validation. On the UCI Covertype dataset, I trained and tuned tree-based models, with XGBoost reaching 97.1% accuracy and 0.94 macro-F1.

I'm a competitive programmer with 550+ problems solved across Codeforces, LeetCode, and HackerRank, and two ECPC regional placements.
